Who doesn't love a shawl right? The Crochet Project are back with a third collection of crocheted shawl patterns in their book The Shawl Project Book Three.
Taking mini skeins as their inspiration, designers Joanne Scrace and Kat Goldin have put together a collection of five crochet shawl patterns. These patterns are ideal to use up small amounts of leftover yarn from other projects. Each shawl uses either a 100g pack of 4ply mini skeins or a pack of mini skeins and an additional 100g skein of 4ply yarn.
As well as the patterns there's an excellent introduction on how to follow the patterns in the book, which yarn to chose, how to swatch and finally finishing your shawl to give it a professional look.
The Shawl Project Book Three is a must whether you are just starting out crocheting shawls or have many years experience.
UK crochet terms are used throughout, with US terminology also given.
