We are excited to present Laine Nordic Knits, a special one-off edition of Laine Magazine that celebrates the timeless beauty of Nordic knitting traditions. With 164 pages of inspiration, this issue features 17 knitting patterns created by Nordic designers or those with Nordic roots. Each pattern uses yarn from Nordic manufacturers, ranging from well-established brands to small, artisanal hand-dyeing studios, bringing together the finest yarns from across the region.

In addition to the stunning patterns, this edition includes fascinating stories that highlight the heart of Nordic craftsmanship. You'll find an exclusive interview with Danish knitwear icon Mette Wendelboe Okkels, also known as PetiteKnit, and a feature on Linkulla Spinneri, a charming Finnish spinning mill that creates yarn from Finnish sheep and alpaca wool.

Laine Nordic Knits is a heartfelt return to Laine’s roots in Nordic knitting traditions and aesthetics. Founded in Finland in 2016, Laine has grown into an international knitting community, and this edition honours the brand’s Nordic heritage.
