There's been a real revival recently for crochet, you only have to look at the magazines on the supermarket shelves to notice the increase in crochet titles now available. I have to admit that I too have been bitten by the crochet bug, I can't get enough of granny squares whether they're square or not there's something very appealing about them. They are quick to complete, use very little yarn and from those little square you can make an heirloom piece that will give you pleasure and joy for many years to come!
Today I've just updated the shop with three stunning crochet blanket kits from The Natural Dye Studio. Each kit is complete with a pattern from designer Amanda Perkins, enough hand-dyed yarn to complete a blanket and a crochet hook. The kit's offer the crocheter different motifs; Rita uses hexagon's, Kiki's are square whilst Ermintrude are pretty flower petals.
They would make the perfect gift as a kit for a crocheter or crochet yourself and then give the completed blanket as a present to be treasured!
If you fancy giving crochet a try for the first time or you've been hooked for a while and would like to try out Bessie's Blanket (pictured below)
