  • Piace [Knitting Pattern - PDF]

Irregular stripes make the wonderfully soft scarf Piace so enjoyable to knit. The versatile two-tone design can be worn with virtually anything and always looks great,
regardless of age or gender. Piace is designed with a generous width for snuggling in but can be easily adjusted in length and width to suit your personal preferences.

Choose your favourite colours of Cheeky Merino Joy, you decide whether you want the contrast of the stripes to be subtle or striking.

Piace is great for beginners who want to learn knitting German Short Rows or colourwork. The rectangular scarf is worked flat in garter stitch. The pattern begins on
the shorter side with a long-tail cast-on. Parts in colour A alternate with irregular stripes in colour B, which are created by German Short Rows. The left and right edges
turn out particularly neat and beautiful by an integrated three-stitch I-cord on each side.
