Tangled Yarn Rewards is our way of saying thank you to our lovely customers. When you shop with us, either online or in our Poynton shop, you can earn stitches (points) that can be redeemed against future purchases.
By participating in the Tangled Yarn Rewards program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1.1 Stitches are earned for every £1 spent on eligible purchases made through our online shop or in person at our Poynton shop.
1.2 Stitches are not earned on the purchase of gift cards.
1.3 Stitches are added to your account once your order has been fulfilled.
1.4 You must be logged into your Tangled Yarn account at the time of purchase to earn stitches.
1.5 Stitches cannot be added retrospectively to past orders.
2.1 Customers will receive a bonus of 25 stitches when they make three separate purchases over £50 each.
2.2 All three purchases must meet the £50 minimum (excluding delivery and after any discounts) to qualify.
2.3 The punch card tracks qualifying purchases automatically when you're logged into your account.
2.4 Bonus stitches will be added once the third qualifying order has been fulfilled.
2.5 Punch card rewards can only be earned once per customer per cycle; the cycle resets after the reward is granted.
3.1 Stitches can be redeemed online or in-store, subject to the minimum spend thresholds outlined in the rewards program.
3.2 Rewards (discounts earned by redeeming stitches) cannot be used in conjunction with other discount codes.
3.3 Only one reward can be used per order.
3.4 Rewards must be applied at checkout and cannot be added after an order has been placed.
4.1 Stitches are valid for 12 months from the date they are earned. After this time, unused stitches will expire and cannot be reinstated.
5.1 If an item is returned for a refund, any stitches earned on that order will be deducted from your account.
5.2 If stitches were redeemed on a returned order, they will be re-applied to your account once the return has been processed.
6.1 Tangled Yarn Rewards is available to customers with a registered Tangled Yarn account.
6.2 Customers must be logged in at the time of purchase to earn or redeem stitches.
6.3 Guest checkouts are not eligible to earn or redeem stitches.
7.1 Tangled Yarn reserves the right to suspend or remove a customer from the program in cases of suspected misuse or fraudulent activity.
7.2 If a customer closes or deletes their account, any unused stitches will be forfeited and cannot be transferred or recovered.
8.1 We may update, change, or discontinue the Tangled Yarn Rewards program at any time, including how stitches are earned or redeemed.
8.2 We’ll always aim to give fair notice of any changes.
