4 ply Knitting Yarn & Wool
Often referred to as fingering weight or 4ply this knitting yarn is hugely popular for knitting socks, shawls and summer garments. Traditionally 4ply wool used four plies of yarn, but this isn't necessarily the case nowadays with many spun from a single fibre or just two plies of yarn.
